I enjoy engagements that allow me to be directly involved in dynamic programs and events that help people and train them in new ways of doing things to improve their lives.
During my non-profit career, I served as Executive Director of Development, Chief Financial Officer, and national program director for an international faith-based charity with annual revenues of $40 million. I also formed and managed an outsourcing human resources service for faith-based groups. We grew the service to annual revenues in excess of $24 million, serving churches and mission societies with employees around the world. As a key element, we designed and built a full-featured Human Resources Information System (HRIS) based on Lotus Notes

My for-profit roles have included Chief Operations Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, with functional responsibility for general administration, process analysis, strategic direction, human resources, finance and accounting, and legal administration.
