TOM BRISCOE
After Tom received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the Missouri Science & Technology University, he completed his MBA at Harvard Business School and his law degree at Harvard Law School. Tom is admitted to legal practice in Texas (formerly in Massachusetts and in California). Over the path of his career, he has held both for-profit and non-profit C-Suite positions in Operations, Administration, Finance and Human Resources. His areas of legal practice are primarily in commercial business, trademark, and non-profit matters. His business consulting expertise includes general administration, human resources, process analysis, non-profits, and corporate legal administration.

Tom and his wife, Mary, enjoy life on their little Texas ranch, overrun with horses, donkeys, dogs and cats.
Dani McClain has lived in multiple states on both coasts of the United States and now resides with her husband Jeff and daughter Brighton in Dallas. Her periods of volunteer service in India, inner-city Philadelphia and post-Katrina Louisiana fostered her love for social entrepreneurship. A driving motivation is to make a lasting difference in the world. After completing her dual Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship at the University of South Carolina, she worked in legal practice support and then focused on marketing & operations management for start-up ventures in the Dallas metro area.
Dani is also an accomplished event planner and organizer.
